This cream has helped slow down my periods. I am in perimenopause, have had my tubes tied, and I was bleeding so bad that I was anemic and had to have an IUD inserted. The IUD was found hanging out my cervix 11 months later. I didn't want to chance another IUD issue, so I decided to try Seurico wild yam to control the bleeding. Such pretty packaging! It came in the mail fast, too. The directions say to apply it 1-2 daily anywhere on the body, so I do what I saw on a Tic Tok... I put it 1/day on the inside of my wrists. It's got a unique smell, but it's not a bad smell. I had a hysterectomy a few years ago, but the hot flashes started relentlessly hitting about a year ago. I tried an Estrogen patch. No go! It added weight, was a pain in the butt to keep on, and didn't seem to minimize the flashes (or their effects). I quit that and started trying this, along with adding magnesium to my nighttime routine. Im sleeping better than I have in years AND I haven't had hot flashes in a few months. I'll keep using this, for sure!

I wanted to wait until I had used the product for a month to give an honest review. This last menstrual cycle was different than all the ones I have had over the last year. It was mild, no cramping, less blood clots and not heavy at all. I haven't had one like that for a really long time that was just mild and normal. I have also noticed my libido is better than it has been. I know that every body is different and I wanted to be sure I could give an honest review on how my body reacted.
